Barbora Hofmannová is a certified physiofitness trainer and midwife with long-standing experience in midwifery. Her work brings together movement guidance and care for women during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. She trains women and men, tailoring programmes to individual goals, health and lifestyle. She works at Winning Fitness, where she also leads classes for pregnant and postpartum clients, and at Fit and Tasty, which offers pregnancy classes, physiofitness training, pregnancy consultations and massages.
