What is a founding salon?
The first 100 salons to switch on Profi get it free for 90 days instead of the usual 14, and the 399 CZK monthly price locked for 12 months – even if we raise prices in the meantime. You add a card only when you decide to continue.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to every feature of the plan you pick for 14 days. We don't ask for a credit card. If you do nothing, the trial ends and your account moves back to the Free plan automatically.
Do I need to enter a card for the trial?
No. We never ask for payment details to start a trial. You only add a card if you decide to continue after the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then reverts to Free.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. We automatically generate and email a Czech-compliant VAT invoice after every payment. You can also download all invoices anytime from the billing portal.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are shown including VAT (21 %): you pay exactly the price shown and the tax invoice breaks the VAT out. Enter your VAT ID at checkout so the invoice is right from the start. If your business is established in another EU country, contact us and we will invoice under the reverse-charge mechanism.
What happens if I downgrade from Premium to Free?
Your profile, bookings, customer history, and reviews stay exactly where they are. You only lose paid perks (priority placement, analytics export, and so on). Core features stay free forever.
Who owns my data?
You do. Business data, bookings, customers, reviews — it all belongs to you. You can export anytime, or request permanent deletion under GDPR right-to-be-forgotten.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
