Frequently asked questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to every feature of the plan you pick for 14 days. We don't ask for a credit card. If you do nothing, the trial ends and your account moves back to the Free plan automatically.
Do I need to enter a card for the trial?
No. We never ask for payment details to start a trial. You only add a card if you decide to continue after the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then reverts to Free.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. We automatically generate and email a Czech-compliant VAT invoice after every payment. You can also download all invoices anytime from the billing portal.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are shown excluding VAT (21%). VAT is added at checkout. If you have a valid EU VAT ID for reverse charge, enter it during checkout and VAT won't be charged.
What happens if I downgrade from Premium to Free?
Your profile, bookings, customer history, and reviews stay exactly where they are. You only lose paid perks (priority placement, analytics export, and so on). Core features stay free forever.
Who owns my data?
You do. Business data, bookings, customers, reviews — it all belongs to you. You can export anytime, or request permanent deletion under GDPR right-to-be-forgotten.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
