About
Body therapy and massage in Brno-střed, focusing on body awareness, stress and muscular tension, with prices from CZK 900 to 1,500.
Mára Švec takes an integrative approach, connecting conversation with attention to the body and breath. The work supports awareness of bodily signals and a sense of inner balance rather than aiming to “fix” the body.
