About
Healthy Balance in Dobronín focuses on massage and musculoskeletal care, with services priced from CZK 200 to CZK 1,000.
Individual therapy looks for the causes of movement-related problems rather than addressing only the area where pain is felt. It can include releasing overloaded tissues and recommendations for suitable exercises. Services include 60- and 90-minute sports massages, the Graston Technique and kinesiology taping. A 60-minute sports massage costs CZK 800; a 90-minute massage and the Graston Technique cost CZK 1,000 each, while taping costs CZK 200. Treatments aim to ease muscle tension, support recovery and improve mobility. The approach is intended to support lasting improvement and reduce the recurrence of problems. Contact details and the price list are available on the profile.
