Rules of the Relaxační masáže loyalty programme. The salon runs the programme; Mixart only keeps the stamp ledger.

Stamps stay valid 12 months from your last visit

1. 1

   Anyone who creates a card by entering an e-mail or phone and accepts these rules, or whose card the salon creates after a visit (they get an e-mail with a link to these rules), becomes a member. Membership is free and for people over 15.

2. 2

   Every completed visit to Relaxační masáže earns the member one stamp (at most 1 per day). The salon adds the stamp – automatically after a visit booked through Mixart, otherwise confirmed by the staff.

3. 3

   After 10 stamps the member is entitled to the reward: Sleva 500 Kč. The staff honours it at the next visit; it cannot be paid out in cash, transferred to another person or combined with another discount.

4. 4

   The card and the stamps are non-transferable. Stamps stay valid 12 months from the last stamp, then lapse. A reward stays valid 12 months from the day it is earned.

5. 5

   The salon may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice and honours stamps and rewards earned until then.

6. 6

   Withdrawing consent to news does not affect membership. The card can be cancelled any time on the card page or by e-mailing the salon; the data is then erased.
